אבלות

וַּעֲדָת החסד של בית הכנסת עוסקת במתן תמיכה לאחר פטירת יקיר/ה של חבר/ת בקהילה. נעזור בפרסום מודעות מודפסות וּבאתר האינטרנט שלנו, בהשאלת ציוד בסיסי ליושבים שִבעה (כסאות נמוכים, נר לשבוע, ספרים על מנהגי אבלות, סידורים, ספר תורה ועוד) ובהסדר מרוכז לאספקת ארוחות בזמן השִבעה.

תיצרו קשר איתנו במֵייל hesed@yael.org.il. במקרה חרום (כגון הלוויה בתוך כמה שעות), ניתן ליצור קשר ישירות עם סטיב זרוֹבניק בפלאפון או בוואטסאפּ ב- 054-313-3728.

נא העבירו לנו פרטים הבאים, ככל האפשר:

  • שם של הנפטר/ת
  • יחס של הנפטר/ת לחבר/ת בית הכנסת
  • שעה ומקום הלוויה
  • כתובת בית השבעה
  • זמני השבעה (מומלץ לחשוב על זמני מנוחה בלי מנחמים במשך ימות השבוע)
  • זמני תפילה (אם מתקיימות תפילות)
  • האם צריכים נר לשבוע?
  • כמה אנשים יושבים שבעה וּצריכים כסאות אבלים?
  • האם צריכים כיסאות פלסטיים למנחמים? כמה?
  • האם תרצו "סעודת הבראה" בערב אחרי הלוויה?
  • מי איש/ת הקשר שאיתו/ה ועדת החסד יכולה להיות בקשר עם שאלות ושיכול/ה לתאם את הארוחות?

בשלב זה מחפשים גם מתנדבים בשני עניינים:

  • עזרה עם ארוחות במידה והמעגל האישי של המשפחה לא מספיק
  • בעלי קריאה לקריאת תורה במנין בבית השיבעה

כשחבר/חברה חולה אנחנו רוצים ליידע את הקהילה ע"מ שחברים ידעו ויוכלו לבקר את החולה, להציע עזרה למשפחה ולהתפלל לרפואה.

הנה קישור לטופס שעליו יוכל/תוכל כל אחד/ת מאיתנו להודיע על חבר/ת משפחה חולה שיאפשר לכולנו להתעדכן בעזרתו לכל מי זקוק/ה לרפואה בקהילה.

חדש! חדש! פעילות מורחבת של ועדת החסד לקראת הפסח:

חברים יקרים,

ועדת החסד של בית הכנסת שלנו קיימת למעלה מ-6 שנים ועוזרת למשפחות בזמן שכול לצלוח את התקופה הקשה של אבדן יקיר/ה.

בתקופה קשה זאת, אנחנו רוצים להרחיב את הפעילות שלנו להושיט יד אחד לשני ולזקקים בגלל המלחמה בתחומי חסד נוספים:

אירוח לעת הצורך – בשביל זה יש חברים!

קרה לך שיש שמחה במשפחה ואורחים רבים באים להשתתף, בלי שיש מספיק מקום לארח אותם?

בשביל זה יש חברים! אם אתם זקוקים למקום לארח משפחה/חברים לסיבה כלשהי, תוכלו לפרסם זאת בטופס באתר של בית הכנסת ולמצוא אנשים שיש להם מקום להציע.

אם אתם נוסעים ומוכנים להציע את הבית שלכם לשימוש חברים אחרים, אפשר גם לעשות זאת בעמצאות הטופס.

Mourning

Our beit knesset has a “Hesed Committee”, whose primary function at this time is to provide support for members on the loss of a loved one, חס וחלילה. This committee can help with publicizing the details of the loss, the funeral and shiva both in printed notices and on the shul website. We will loan the basics needed for a shiva house (low chairs, a 7-day candle, books on mourning, things necessary for a minyan if requested, etc.) and help in coordinating the meals for the shiva house.

You can reach the Hesed Committee by email at hesed@yael.org.il. In an emergency (e.g. a local funeral within a few hours), please contact Steve Zerobnick directly by phone or WhatsApp at 054-313-3728.

Please provide the following details, if possible:

  • Name of the deceased
  • Relationship with a Yael member
  • Time and place of funeral
  • Shiva address
  • Shiva times (you might want some time without visitors)
  • Tefilot times (if relevant)
  • Do you need a shiva 7-day candle?
  • How many people need mourners chairs?
  • Do you need chairs for visitors? How many?
  • Do you want a "Se'udat Havra'a" on the night after burial?
  • Contact person for family with whom the Hesed Committee can be in touch with questions and to coordinate meals during the shiva?

At this point we are also looking for volunteers to:

  • Help with meals at the shiva house if the immediate circle of family and friends is not sufficient
  • People to read Torah at the minyan at the shiva house

Get-Well Visits

When a member is sick, we want to let the Kehilaי know in order to enable them to visit the sick member, offer help to the familyת and pray for recovery.

Here is a link to allow each of us to let the Kehila know about a sick family member, so we all can be up to date regarding who in our community is in need of our help and prayers.

Hosting: Need a Place to Stay? You’ve Got Friends!

Has it ever happened that you have a special occasion coming up with many anticipated family members and friends coming to take part but you don’t have enough room for them to stay? Don’t worry: You’ve got friends!

If you need room for family or friends for any reason, you can publicize this on a special form on our site and locate people who might be willing to open their homes and help out with your guests. On the other hand, if you are going away for the hagim or another time, you can let the community know that you’ll have space to offer.
