חֲבֵרוּת בית הכנסת עמק רפאים תשפ״ג

חברוּת תשפ"ג

יש עמוד חדש באתר שלנו (ראו מעלה).

הגיע הזמן לחדש חברוּת לשנת תשפ"ג. לזוּג או משפחה — דמי חבר ₪200 פלוּס תרומה לבית הכנסת ₪800. לחבר בודד — דמי חבר ₪100 פלוס תרומה לבית הכנסת של ₪400. ניתן לשלם בכרטיס אשראי דרך עמוד התשלומים.

כל אחד מתבקש למלא טופס מידע פה. כל חבר/ה מתבקש/ת למלא טופס, כלומר טופס נפרד לכל אחד. גם אם חדשים גם אם ותיקים, זה יעזור לנו לעדכן את המידע. אולי פעם גם נוציא לאור ספר חברים חדש.

It's time to renew membership. For a family or couple — the membership fee is ₪200, plus an expected donation of ₪800. For single members — the membership fee is ₪100 plus an expected donation of ₪400. Payment by credit card can be made via our secure Payments page.

Please also fill out a member's form here, Each member should fill a separate form—including one for each of two partners. Whether new or veteran member, this will help us keep our information current—and will help us if we republish our membership directory.

  • שוב פועלת שיטת תשלומים בכרטיסי אשראי. הטופס עובד בעברית, אנגלית, צרפתית ועוד שפות.
  • בקרוב, טפסי חברות וּדמי חבר לשנת תשפ״ג — ומקומות לימים הנוראים.
  • At long last, credit card payments work again. The form works in English, Hebrew, French, and three other languages.
  • You can pay the shul here.
  • You can contribute to the shul's Tzedakah Fund here.
  • Either type is also available on the website's payments page.

  • Mazal Tov to Simcha and Tamara Edell on the wedding of Simcha’s son Aviad to Lillie Miller (originally of London) earlier this week. Simcha and Tamara invite the kehilla to a kiddush after davening this Shabbat Parshat Ekev, Aviad’s Shabbat Chatan.
  • Mazal Tov to Howie and Mimi Kahn on the bar mitzvah of their grandson Ori, and to his parents Eli and Galit Kahn.
  • Mazal tov to Naomi and Yisrael Lifshitz on the bar mitzvah of their grandson, Avraham Yitzhak Lifshitz, the son of Tirzah and Ya’akov of Revava.

  • Mazal tov to Rabbi Aaron and Pearl Borow on the birth of a great-grandson, a son to Shlomit and Shmuelik Shneider. Mazal tov as well to the grandparents, Rabbi Yaakov and Malke Borow.
  • Mazal tov to Caroline and Bill Wilson on the birth of a grandson Eliav Nachum born on Rosh Chodesh Av. Parents are Emma and Asher Sevitz of Tzur Hadassah.
  • Our member Steve Bailey has recently completed writing a series on Parshat Shavua called “Studies on the Weekly Torah Reading”. The studies are drawn from the writings and philosophy of Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch. The entire series is now available on Amazon here. See video here.
  • Masks: There is still no formal requirement of the Ministry of Health to wear masks. Nevertheless, with the current outbreak of Covid, it is recommended that masks be worn inside the Beit Knesset particularly when it is crowded. Anyone uncomfortable with masking is welcome to daven outdoors.
  • Security: No special instructions have been received from the police regarding security in the present situation. Nevertheless, the va’ad asks those licensed to carry a weapon to come armed to the Beit Knesset.
