• במשק קורין שהוא משק משפחתי שמגדל עגבניות שרי, מלפפונים, אוכמניות וסברס.
• עבודת המתנדבים נותנת אוויר לנשימה בימים האלו ומביאה תקווה לעתיד החקלאות של עוטף עזה. העבודה היא סביב העגבניות והמלפפונים כרגע (לפי עונה) ומתקיימת בתוך חממות- גיזום/ קטיף/ שתילה.
• מומלץ להביא- כובע, מים, בגדים ארוכים (במידה ויש רגישות לצמחים) ומזמרה למי שיש. העבודה היא עבודה בחממות וללא מרחב מוגן באזור
• העבודה בחקלאות עד שעה 14:00-15:00
• חזרה משוערת לירושלים עד שעה 19:00
• ההשתתפות בעלות ההסעה : ₪50-80 (תלוי במספר המשתתפים ) .
• היציאה מותנית במינימום 30 משתתפים.

Join Us Picking Crops in the South

• Date: Monday Feb 5
• Bus Leaving at: 7am from opposite the park on Elazar Hamodai.
• Beit Knesset Ramban invites members of the Yael community to join in picking fruit and vegetables in Moshav Ein HaBesor, a family farm in the Hevel Eshkol in Otef Azza, area specializing in cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, blueberries and sabras.
• At this time of war, the support of volunteers is proving invaluable; the work, which is suitable for the mature volunteer, involves picking / pruning and planting tomatoes and cucumbers in the hothouses. (Please note that there is no protected area in the hothouses.)
• We advise bringing a hat, water, snacks, long sleeved shirt and long pants and plastic gloves. A light brunch is provided.
• Date: Monday Feb 5
• Bus Leaving at: 7 am
• Working until: 2 – 3 pm
• Expected return time: 5 – 7 pm
• Participation in the coach hire: ₪50-80 (depending on the number of volunteers), minimum of thirty of volunteers.

• שיעוריו של הרב וילק יתקיימו השבת.
• תהילים: לא יתקיים לימוד ואמירת תהילים לנשים השבת. השיעורים יתחדשו בשבת פרשת יתרו, 3/2/24.

• On Motzei Shabbat Yitro (Feb 3) immediately following Arvit (6:00pm) there will be a general meeting of members to elect a new va’ad, to hear reports and for general discussion. Four va’ad members are required to leave after their 5-year term and we are seeking candidates. Alex Pomson is responsible for the search; anyone interested in joining the va’ad or in nominating another member is invited to contact him.
• Rav Vilk’s shiurim will take place this Shabbat.
• The Women’s Tehillim and learning class will not meet this Shabbat. Class is scheduled to resume next Shabbat, February 3, Parshat Yitro.
