בשנה הקודמת תרמו חברי הקהילה ₪74,000 לרכישת כרטיסי קניה ברשת רמי לוי שיווק ה ִשׁקמה לחלוקה לנצרכים בדרום העיר. נבקשכם גם השנה להיחלץ ולתרום ביד רחבה למען עניי עירנו.הסכום מחולק בעיקרו דרך לשכות הרווחה והמקלט לנשים מוכות. כיום יש לקרן קשר מתמיד עם הלשכות שבדרום ירושלים: קטמון דרום, ארמון הנציב, גילה, גונן ובקעה תלפיות. לאחרונה גם נוספה לשכת חומת שמואל.

כבר בימים אלו מכינות הלשכות את רשימות המשפחות הנזקקות, בדרך כלל מרמות א' ו-ב', לקבלת קמחא דפיסחא , בהתאם לסכומים שייתרמו מהמקורות השונים הכוונה להתחיל לחלקם החל בראש חודש ניסן, שבועיים לפני החג, כי בשבוע האחרון יוצאות העובדות הסוציאליות לחופשה, שהרי הילדים בבית. לפיכך

אנא הקדימו תרומותיכם למען מטרה חשובה זו.

Kimcha D’Pischa Campaign –
Please Help Needy Families over Pesach

Last year the community donated 74,000 NIS for supermarket vouchers at Rami Levy that were distributed to needy families in the southern part of the city. You are asked once more to give generously for the poor of our city.

The vouchers will be distributed by the welfare departments and to the women’s shelter. The community’s Tzedakah fund maintains regular contact with the welfare departments in the southern neighborhoods: South Katamon, Armon Hanatziv, Gilo, Gonen, Baka and Talpiot and, more recently, Homat Shmuel.

These departments are already preparing lists of families in need who will receive support from “kimcha d’pischa.” Depending on the amounts received, the plan is to begin distribution from Rosh Hodesh Nisan. So please make your donation as early as you can.

It is also possible to donate by cheque by placing an envelope in the box just inside the men’s section. In all cases, please indicate that the donation is for the “Keren Tzedakah – Kimcha D’Pischa” campaign.

עמותת אתנחתא

• תרומת מצרכים עודפים ל"אתנחתא": עמותת אתנחתא פנתה אלינו לעזור להם. 'אתנחתא' הוקמה בשנת 1996, ומופעלת באמצעות עמותת "אותות-דלת לחיים חדשים" אשר לה רשת של בתים לנוער במצבי קצה, ונמצאת תחת פיקוח "חסות הנוער" — משרד הרווחה השירותים החברתיים. הם מתחזקים ומפעילים בדרך חברון 106 ירושלים ואשר מלינים ומטפלים באוכלוסיית הנוער בעיקר. הם מבקשים מזון יבש מכל הסוגים, קופסאות שימורים, זיתים, מלפפונים חמוצים, חומוס, טחינה, תירס אפונה וכו'… מאחר וחג הפסח קרב ניתן להעביר אליהם כל מזון שאינכם מעוניינים בו. שׂשׂון צַ'קוֹטאי יטפל בהעברת המצרכים וניתן להשאיר את כל אשר תרצו בבית הכנסת בפינה בעזרת הנשים ו/או למסור אותו אישית לשׂשׂון, 052-287-1162. תזכו למצוות ותגדילו לעשות.

Etnachta

• Donating Foodstuffs to “Etnachta”: The “Etnachta” organization has turned to our community for help. “Etnachta” runs a network of houses for youth in distress under the supervision of the Welfare Ministry. They maintain a house at Derech Hevron 106 which accommodates and cares for young people. They ask for foodstuffs of all kinds such as canned goods, olives, pickles, humus, corn, etc. As Pesach approaches we ask that you donate any tins that you will not be using. Sasson Chacoty will take care of delivering the food which can be left in the Beit Knesset in a corner of the women’s section, or you can deliver them directly to Sasson, 052-287-1162.

הנהגת נוהל "תו ירוק"

• וועד בית הכנסת החליט להנהיג בבית הכנסת נוהל "תו ירוק".
• יוכלו להיכנס למתחם בית הכנסת:
  • בעלי תעודת חיסון המעידה שעברו לפחות 7 ימים מהחיסון השני.
  • בעלי תעודת מחלים ממחלת הקוביד.
• מספר המתפללים בתוך מתחם בית הכנסת יוגבל ל-50 מתפללים וּמתפללות.
• יש להירשם מראש לתפילות ליל שבת, שבת בבוקר פה, ופורים פה.
• בזמן הרישום חברים חייבים להצהיר שבבעלותם אחת מהתעודת הנ"ל.
• אורחים, כולל בני משפחה של חברים, חייבים להראות לגבאי, או לממונה אחר, את התעודה הרלבנטית.
• ילדים שאינם בני חיסון (מתחת לגיל 16) לא יורשו להיכנס למתחם בית הכנסת.
• יש להמשיך וּלהקפיד על כללי הזהירות הקודמים: עטיית מסכה, שמירת מרחק (לפחות מושב אחד ריק בין המתפללים) וניקיון אישי.
• הככללים האלה יחולו מליל פורים עד להודעה חדשה.

Tav Hayarok (Green Pass) at Beit Knesset Emek Refaim

• The Vaad has decided to adopt the rules for “Tav Yarok”.
• Admission to the Beit Knesset property will be permitted only to:
  • Those in possession of a vaccination certificate.
  • Those in possession of a certificate of recovery from Covid.
• Attendance indoors will be limited to 50 people.
• Registration in advance is required for tefillot of the evening and morning of Shabbat here and Purim here.
• When registering, members are asked to declare that they are in possession of one of the above mentioned certificates.
• Guests, including family of members, will be asked to show relevant certificates to the gabbai or other shul official.
• Children under 16 may not enter the Beit Knesset.
• Existing precautions will continue: face masks, distancing (at least one empty seat between people) and personal hygiene.
• These rules will apply from the evening of Purim until further notice.
