אני חולה באי ספיקת כליות בשלב ראשון, וצריך בוודאות תרומה מצילת חיים של סוג כליות מתאים. משפחתנו נבחנה ונבדקה, ומסיבות שונות נשללו בני המשפחה מלהיות תורמים אפשריים. אני עובד עם "מתנת חיים", עמותה יוצאת דופן, שמטרתה לעזור לחולי אי ספיקת כליות למצוא תורם תואם. הם "מחזיקים את היד" של תורמי כליה לאורך כל התהליך. הם מצאו מדיה חברתית שמטרתה להיות טכניקה יעילה, שתפעיל רשת רחבה ככל האפשר. אני שולח אליכם את ההודעה הזאת בתקווה שאולי אתם מכירים מישהו שמוכן לעשות את המצווה המדהימה של תרומת כליה כדי להציל את חיי. ישנם רבים אשר תרמו כליה והבריאות שלהם לא נפגמה וממשיכה להיות טובה.

It is with great difficulty that I am posting this.
I am in end-stage kidney failure and desperately need a donation of a life-saving donor kidney type-A. Our family have all been tested and for differing reasons, they have been ruled out as possible donors. I am working with Matnat Chaim, a remarkable non-profit organization, dedicated to helping those with kidney failure find a compatible donor. They “hold the hand” of kidney donors throughout the entire process. They have found social media to be an effective technique, and it’s best to cast as wide a net as possible. So, I am sending you this message in the hope that you may know of someone who is willing to do the the incredible mitzvah of donating a kidney to me in order to save my life. There are many who have donated a kidney and their health is fine.
