• • Mazal tov to Miriam Weinstein upon reaching the age of 90 on Simchat Torah. Rabbanit Pearl Borow will convey a bracha upon Miriam at the women's Torah reading on Simchat Torah. The women of the kehillah are also invited to hear Rabbi Shlomo Vilk deliver her a message after the kiddush before the prayer of Meona.
  • The kiddush on Simchat Torah is the gift to the kehillah of Sid Tennenbaum, in commemoration of the first yahrzeit of his father Joseph, who passed away last Simchat Torah full of Simchat Chaim — and in appreciation for the warm embrace that Sid received during this year of avelut.
