בצער רב אנו מודיעים על פטירתה אמש של גב' ברונדל פומרנץ, אמו של חברנו גי פומרנץ. ההלויה תהיה היום בהר המנוחות ב1430. השבעה תהיה ברחוב כרמיה 6.

We regret to inform you of the passing last night of Mrs. Brondell Pomrenze, mother of our friend Jay Pomrenze. The funeral will take place at Har HaMenuchot at 230 PM TODAY. The shiva will be at 6 Cremieux Street.

שיעור לנשים – פרשת בראשית

Ladies –

If you're reading this e-mail, that means you made it through! A marathon of balancing the physical and the spiritual. We are all seasoned acrobats now. So – it's time to get out the sweaters, snuggle up, take out winter projects, think of raindrops (remember that thunder on the first night of sukkot!) and do some learning for "Chodesh Cheshvan". Even as things end – they begin again, and what better time to get together, than shabbat "Beresheit"?

    Chana Leah is one of our favorite teachers in Jerusalem. She is a psychologist, torah scholar, tour guide, international speaker on Jewish topics and the author of 11 books. Her latest book "Family Guide to Touring Israel" will be available for you to look at on shabbat.
